Three sisters join forces to conceive a second baby

Here is a heartwarming story of three sisters who are coming together again to help one of them have another baby. One sister is infertile, another sister donated the egg while the other sister was the surrogate mother. Family Seeks Judge's Decision For Custody Of Daughter

This story tells of intended parents Gwen and Tom Lamintina who are trying to gain custody of their two month daughter born to a surrogate mother.

The surrogate mother refuses to give up custody and wants Gwen and Tom to pay child support. Unfortunately, when Gwen Tom and the surrogate mother, Stephanie Eckard, went into the surrogacy arrangement the surrogate mother, Stephanie, did not sign the surrogacy contract.
